Cards must be presented at the time of the service to be redeemed. The Umstead Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen gift cards or for gift cards purchased from any third party (ex. Facebook Marketplace). Gift cards are non-refundable. Please review facility usage and fees for limitations. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Umstead reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and to administer the Gift Card program in its discretion.
