Herons Wine Dinner with Jasmine Hirsch
Hirsch Vineyards has been a defining voice of the West Sonoma Coast since 1980, when David Hirsch planted one of the region’s earliest and most remote vineyard sites overlooking the Pacific. Today, the winery is led by Jasmine Hirsch, who continues her father’s legacy with a clear focus on organic and biodynamic farming and wines that beautifully express the estate’s extreme maritime climate and distinctive earthquake terroir.
This intimate dinner in the Herons Private Dining Room will pair rare and back-vintage wines from Hirsch Vineyards with a thoughtfully crafted four-course menu from Executive Chef Steven Devereaux Greene.
