Enjoy a spectacular 4-course Herons meal, while guest speaker Brian Mondavi guides you through this fantastic lineup of wines, including the Sentium Sauvignon Blanc, not yet released in North Carolina, and rarely-released back vintages of Continuum Proprietary Red.
