  • Umstead Uncorked Wine Tasting "Walla Walla Walls of Wine"

    Join us November 20th at The Umstead for this special tour of the wines of Walla Walla, Washington. The Southeast portion of the state is surprisingly hot and dry, making for beautiful wine country. Our Sommelier Troy Revell can’t wait to share with you a few of his favorites from multiple visits to the region, perfect selections for the hearty meals of the holidays.

    The tasting will be held in the Fireplace Lounge and begins at 6:00pm. Tickets are $75 plus tax and service charge, and can be purchased at 919-447-4050. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable.

    Join us in Herons on November 28nd as three-time James Beard Award Semifinalist and Executive Chef Steven Greene prepares a delicious Thanksgiving Buffet. Choose from classics such as carved turkey, truffled macaroni and cheese, and cornbread stuffing, in addition to a variety of display stations, soups, desserts and more. Full menu available soon.

    Reservations are available between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm and can be made at 919-447-4050 beginning August 15th. Buffet is $89 per person and $25 per child ages 3 to 10 plus tax and service charge. A $25 non-refundable deposit per person is required at time of reservation, kindly provide 72 hours advance notice for any cancellations or changes.
