Whether relaxing poolside or dining on the Terrace, The Umstead is a rejuvenating location for your next extended weekend getaway.
Valid on select dates through July 7th, 2013. Complimentary night is calculated by taking 33% off per night to equal one complimentary night. 3 night minimum required. Early departure fees apply.
Umstead Suite Special
Receive 15% off our Best Available Rate when reserving one of our luxurious 22 suites. Ranging from 650 square feet to over 1700 square feet, The Umstead suites invite you to relax, unwind and enjoy the spacious accommodations. With features ranging from garden patios, private living rooms and expansive lake-view balconies, your stay in an Umstead suite will provide the utmost in comfort.

Culinary Artist Package
Whisk yourself away on a gastronomic getaway to North Carolina’s only Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond restaurant. Check-in to your luxurious accommodations and enjoy an artful three course menu with choices, paired exquisitely with wines in Herons. Enjoy a restful night sleep in your guest room or suite and depart leisurely with a 2pm checkout and complimentary valet parking.
Package includes all charges associated with a three course meal with wine pairings including restaurant taxes and gratuity for two diners. Dietary restrictions must be noted in advance. A member of our Reservations Department will contact each guest to coordinate a reservation in Herons. Packages are available for one night only. The Hideaway Package

Pamper yourself by customizing a Wellness Package that fits your needs with a $200 dollar spa credit. Upon arrival to the spa, receive a special amenity compliments of The Umstead Spa. Enjoy a 2pm checkout on the day of your departure to relax or leisurely stroll through the hotel to view our beautiful commissioned artwork.
There is a 20% gratuity added to all spa treatments. Anything above and beyond the $200 credit will be charged to the room. Advanced Spa reservations are required.
