February 20th - Authentique Vin French Winemaker Dinner

Join local importer Thomas Meunier of Authentique Vin alongside sommelier Hai Tran for a memorable evening of French traditions, culinary experiences and fine wines.  As part of an annual tour, Meunier and three of his winemakers will be showcasing their wines from their distinctively different regions alongside the creations of Chef Scott Crawford and the Herons team.  Each dish draws inspiration from each winemaker's home with a touch of North Carolina.
