Explore the art collection of the Umstead Hotel and Spa.  Renowned artists from North Carolina and the world over create a unique and beautiful array of over 80 paintings, sculptures and ceramic vases.  Whether your visiting us for the afternoon or as an overnight guest we invite you to tour the hotel and endulge your senses. 

Our current featured artist is Kim Kauffman.  Kim's artwork is located in the Art Gallery and can be purchased through the Umstead Gift Shop. 

In addition to Kim Kauffman's artwork our guests can also purchase pottery from Ben Owen and Mark Hewitt.  The pottery display is located at the Conference Center Entrance.
